Basically, I'm not overweight, or underweight, but I'm not thin. I used to be, but I was homeschooled for a year and gained about 5 or 10 lbs. This was 3 years ago, and about 1 year ago I've been trying to lose weight but it isn't working, I excersize every day for at least over an hour, and my diet isnt full of crap, but it isnt healthy either. Also, my older brother does no sports, or any type of excersize, and he eats junkfood and fried food every day, but he's thinner than I am, I really, really need help in understanding this.
